About Barōk

Barōk opened its doors in Faliraki in 2025 with a simple idea: cocktails, food and shisha don't have to be three separate stops on a night out. We wanted one place where you could start with a proper drink, stay for a real meal, and end the evening slowing down over shisha — all without changing tables.

The bar runs deep, from signature cocktails built in-house to classics done right, spritzes and zero-proof options for anyone taking it easy. In the kitchen, our chef Spyros Kougios curates a menu that ranges from Mediterranean classics and charcoal-grilled meats to a full sushi selection — proof that a cocktail bar can take its food just as seriously as its drinks.

We're on the main road in the centre of Faliraki, a few minutes' walk from the beach and walkable from most of the hotels around town, open every evening from 18:00 until 03:00. Whether you're passing through Rhodes for a week or you're a regular from down the road, we try to make you feel like you've got a table waiting.

A typical evening starts with drinks on the terrace while it's still warm, moves into dinner — Mediterranean plates, grills, or sushi — and finishes with shisha and a last round once the street has filled up. Nothing is rushed, and nobody moves you on.
